A qualification email will sent out after the contest closes to determine who the finalists are for the draw. The qualifying email will confirm all contact information, the desire to enroll in the contest offer, and the ability to pay for the tuition not covered by the scholarship amount. The finalists will then move on to the final contest draw.

Selected winner(s) must accept the prize within 7 days of being notified and must agree to enroll in the School.   Failure to do so will cause selected winner to be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn from the pool of finalists

• All entrants must be 13 years of age or over.
  
• Each entrant must submit an online entry on or before date of enrollment.
  
• If a student does not have a high school diploma, they must pass a mature student test or have a GED.
  
• Scholarship has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash or cash value.
  
• Scholarship is non-assignable and non-transferable.
  
• Entries are limited to one per person, except in the case of "send to friend", where there is no limit.

General Rules

No purchase or online entry nessissary . You may enter the Contest in one of the following two (2) ways:  Online by using the form provided, or you may mail your entry to, UC411 Contests, 846 King St. W., Toronto, ON. M5V 1P1.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.  You have 5 days to claim your prize, starting on the original date your are contacted by us, unless otherwise specified.  Winner must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question.

By entering this contest, each selected entrant agrees to: (i) comply with these official Contest rules and to release and hold harmless UC411 and its Member Teams and their respective employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers (the "Contest Sponsors") from any and all liability arising as a result of the entrant's participation in this Contest, compliance and/or non-compliance with these Contest rules and the acceptance and use of any prizes awarded herein, and (ii) before being awarded a prize, sign a standard form of Declaration and Release, along with their traveling companion (if applicable), confirming their eligibility and releasing the Contest Sponsors from any and all liability arising from his/her participation in the Contest and the use and acceptance of the prizes awarded therein.

By entering this Contest, each winner authorizes the Contest Sponsors and their respective promotional and advertising agencies and representatives to use the winner's name, picture, image, voice, and/or statements about the Contest and/or prizes for advertising purposes, and to do so without remuneration of any kind.

The odds of winning in the online draw depend on the number of eligible online entries and bonus entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning in the ballot or mail-in draw depend on the number of eligible ballot and mail-in entries received during the Contest Period.

This Contest is open to all living anywhere in the world, except employees, agents and representatives (and members of the immediate families of such employees, agents and representatives and persons with whom they are domiciled) of the Contest Sponsors, or where provincial law prohibits it.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

All decisions of the contest judges (who may be employees of a Contest Sponsor) with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation eligibility of entries, are final and binding. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest at any time (and, in their discretion, to select a potential winner or winners from eligible entries received prior to the date of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension) for any reason, including (without limitation) if, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of being run as planned by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or by reason of any problems with, or technical malfunction of, any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or by reason of any other cause beyond the Contest Sponsors' control.
